By downloading, installing, or using the DateKeep mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DateKeep is an item management application that helps users track item expiration dates, manage inventory, and reduce waste through smart notifications and AI-powered features.

3. Subscription Services

The App offers subscription-based premium features:

• Monthly Subscription: $3.90/month
• Annual Subscription: $19.90/year
• Lifetime Subscription: $39.90 one-time payment

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Generally, refunds are not provided for unused portions of subscription periods.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when using the App
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Using the App in compliance with applicable laws
• Not sharing your account with others

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to item spoilage or health issues.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
